Our MDC office was beyond excited to make the journey to Round Top, Texas in hopes of finding beautiful vintage pieces. As an interior design firm, Marin Design Co. is all about incorporating different cultures and styles into our work, so we were excited to dive into the Texas aesthetic for fashion as well.
Night 1 - We spent the first night in Austin and stayed in South Congress. The streets were lined with cute shops and boutiques, perfect for window shopping. We made our way over to Summer House for a late dinner.
Day 2 - Our first day of Round Top we wanted to be equally comfortable and dressed for the occasion. This was our chance to really go all out with our Texas-inspired outfits. We were ready to embrace our inner cowgirl and go for a more rustic look. We each chose different pieces that reflected our personal style while staying true to the theme.
Day 4 - On the last day we were spending the morning making our finals rounds of Round Top and heading back to Austin. We needed comfortable outfits for sitting in the car for a few hours, but still wanted to be stylish for our vintage hunting. Of course, we needed to say goodbye with the sweetest horses that were on the property of where we were staying.
