granite bay transitional farmhouse
With this new build, we wanted to bring in some dimension with darker/moody colors, while still keeping it bright and fresh. To help our clients achieve their dream home, we put an emphasis on effortless beauty and functionality for their space. Cultivating a mature and elevated feeling, while still being welcoming for the family to all come together for years to come.

dark & dreary to bright & cheery remodel
With our Dark & Dreary to Bright & Cheery Remodel, the goal was to breathe new life into the space. For the kitchen, we kept the existing layout but extended the dining nook and added in banquette seating. We added in new cabinets and hard materials which make all the difference in brightening up the space. In the family room, to introduce character, the fireplace was refaced and built-ins were added to each side.
mdc office project
This project was near and dear to our heart as it is our very own office for the business! We wanted the office to optimize function and storage while still showcasing our brand style. We chose organic and transitional elements to create a serene and nature-like feeling. We installed a small kitchenette with beautiful green cabinetry, calacatta marble backsplash, and aged brass hardware throughout. In addition, we had custom flush inset cabinetry built for additional storage and installed a Frame TV for client presentations.
We love bringing clients to this space to show examples of hardware, cabinetry, and the work of some of our very talented vendors.

california ranch house
This project required full-service interior design. This modern ranch home was once a small outdated bungalow. The large family wanted a light, bright, and airy feel that would blend well with lots of textures and layered elements. This portfolio includes pictures of the extensive remodel of the home and the exterior.
rendering portfolio
The Photorealistic Kitchen Remodel is an example of how MDC can bring your plans to life before construction! We create detailed plans and construction documents and work with a third party to create photorealistic renderings. This is a great way to visualize your project, materials, and layout before construction.
We also showcase examples of some of our designs that we have made for previous projects. These are the renderings that are included in MDC services.
